The vast majority of our work right now is offered free of charge. After all, we are just starting up and learning about what our residents need help with.
Even as a not-for-profit, we still have a responsibility to recover our costs. So there are nominal charges associated with valuable bespoke services that incur costs over and above the email support plans.
We hope you agree that these costs are low, based on the value Residents First adds. But we commit to reviewing these costs on a regular basis to keep the cost to residents as low as possible.
