Residents First wants to change the residential property industry to better reflect the role of residents.
For far too long, the industry has been biased towards Developers and Managing Agents, yet they largely ignore, and fail to respect the most important stakeholder in the industry:
THE RESIDENTS!
We are striving for a world where residents:
- Understand the way their estate is managed and by whom.
- Pay a fair rate for the services they receive.
- Have an opportunity to influence the services delivered and the cost of those services.
- Receive answers to their questions from a Managing Agent that cares.
There is already growing momentum in pushing back against Developers and Managing Agents. You can see that through the number of Facebook Groups that allow residents to come together and share horror stories about their situation.
Together with an increasing number of organisations like Residents First and individuals offering support, this change is inevitable. The question is, how can we help to achieve that outcome?
Our Services
Residents First intends to support this change in the industry through the following services:

- Online Services
REMEMBER: we are a not-for-profit, so we are not in existence to make money from residents. Any funds generated from providing services will be ploughed back into the business. We are different from other companies that are trying to make money for themselves. We are here to support residents. That means our costs will be low.
