Nige has been a Saviour!

Nige has been a saviour.  I know that sounds over the top – but for me true.  I really didn’t know where to start or what I needed to do.  I was just frustrated as were all the other residents on our site about the Management Company fees going up year on year and the service we got in return was not acceptable.

I had no idea that in fact the Management Company were not compliant and operating within the boundaries that have been set.  With Nige’s help and guidance we have been able to check legal documents and found out out that in fact no charges should have been made (8 years worth)!  We are now in the process of reclaiming these and we are confident that with time this will happen.

To think that we just wanted our Estate to look nice for a reasonable fee – now we are looking at receiving 8 years worth of charges back.  A total of over £130K for the whole estate.  Non of which would have been possible with out Nige.
