Stakeholders

Residents First has a wide range of stakeholders in its sights. We have built our view of the Property Ecosystem. That’s helpful to understand the relationships between the parties involved.

We have started off by focusing on homeowners, tenants and landlords. We refer to them as Residents.

Then we will move to talking to Developers, followed by Local Planning Authorities and Housing Associations. 

We will look at Management Companies and Managing Agents at the end.

Obviously, we may not necessarily stick to this order. We will talk to these stakeholders whenever the opportunity arises.
